What To Expect at the

Lewisburg Church Of Christ

Our Sunday morning worship service begins at 11:00am and includes a cappella singing (lyrics projected on a screen), prayer, and updates about our church family and community. Each week, we observe communion (the Lord’s Supper) and provide an opportunity for members to contribute to the work of the church. The service also includes a Bible-based message presented by our pulpit minister.

A weekly bulletin is available to guide you through the service and keep you informed of upcoming events and opportunities.

We offer a children’s ministry program, “Lewisburg Littles”, for children ages 2-7 during the sermon. A nursery is also available for families with infants and toddlers under the age of 2.

At the conclusion of each Sunday’s message, there is an opportunity for anyone to request prayers or to be added to the church through baptism by immersion. Our elders and minister will pray with you- either publicly or privately- and are happy to help arrange further study or provide support as needed.

What To Expect at Our Sunday Morning Worship Service:

C.O.F.F.E.E Fellowship:

Christ Offers Forgiveness For Everyone Everywhere

We start every Sunday with out C.O.F.F.E.E fellowship time— a warm and inviting opportunity to connect with others at our church. Breakfast, coffee, tea, and juice are available from 9:15- 10:00am, and everyone is welcome to join us before our Sunday morning Bible study.

Bring a friend and start your day off right with a hot cup of coffee and great fellowship!

We offer two Bible study opportunities each week- Sunday mornings at 10:00am and Wednesday evenings at 7:00pm.

On Sundays, we provide classes for all ages. Our adults meet in the fellowship hall for an in-depth study of a book of the Bible. For children and teens, we offer a cradle roll class (ages 6 months- 2 years), a toddler class (ages 2-5), as well as elementary, middle school, and high school classes.

Each class is designed to be engaging and meaningful, incorporating prayer, crafts, Bible lessons, games, and more.

Our Wednesday evening studies follow a similar structure, providing continued opportunity for growth, connection and Bible based learning for all ages.

Bible Study:

Lewisburg Littles is our children’s ministry program offered during the sermon portion of our 11:00am Sunday morning worship service for children ages 2-7.

Children are dismissed following the communion and offering portion of the service. We ask that a parent or guardian bring their child to the children’s ministry wing located downstairs, where they will check in at the welcome desk. For safety and security, all children must be signed in and out by a parent or guardian.

During Lewisburg Littles, children enjoy an engaging, Bible-centered experience. They will learn a Bible story, explore foundational faith concepts, and begin to understand why we worship the way we do. Each session includes a time of worship, games, crafts, and a snack. (Please inform our children’s ministry staff at the time of sign in if you child has any food allergies)

We encourage families with young children to take advantage of this opportunity— not only for your child to grow in their relationship with Jesus, but also for you to be able to listen to the sermon, gain faithful nourishment, all with peace of mind that your child is being cared for in a safe, secure, and positive environment.
